I dreaded the thought of running a cable to the TV. After looking around for an easier solution and I found this when I was a "Client Access" it worked great. If you set up a wireless router you have no problem with the agency. It can be used on something that has an Ethernet connection. I have tested it on an older laptop that only B wireless (11 Mbps), I put the wireless on the laptop and connect only the Trendnet to the laptop and now it's much faster on the Internet. I am also planning to use it on my new Blu-ray player with Netflix capabilities. I understood the PoE function to the pulling power through the Ethernet cable with USB devices, I was wrong and spent $ 10 more than I did. Oh well, lesson learned. Get the "TEW-430APB," if you really PoE 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. If you need an Access Point, but not by Stephanie Sullivan AC proximity means PoE Power over Ethernet. If she is a PoE switch or PoE adapter for the device itself with the powers that connected the Ethernet cable. Very practical. As for the Access Point itself, to the latest firmware and the configuration I have is much easier to update. The cover is very good - even through a concrete floor with two apartments and the surrounding areas. Nice! 0 of 0 customers found this review helpful. This is a solid product from AJ I must admit I was skeptical when I came across this AP - Trendnet is not a brand I know a lot about and the price was significantly less than others. I, j while I took the 4 access points, I only buy one just to test it - I would rather pay more and get something that will cause me headaches. Well, the 434 works great and quite easy to set up the administration section does not offer as many features as the administration section of a Cisco / Linksys, but contains enough of the main features that make me happy. Anyway, I am satisfied with this access point and since my first purchase, I have the remaining 3 needed. I definitely recommend this AP. See all 8 customer reviews ....
