Great Reception By Paul Lamendola Jr. I wanted to get a dedicated wireless access point and router because my experience with wireless routers has been that they are all terrible and nobody should buy them and that every manufacturer of them should be ashamed of themselves for pushing such horrible cheap crap. Anyway, I got this along with some other router that I can't recall because I'm not at home and it works well. Reception is strong and consistent. It can be picked up for quite a distance, but the usable distance is dependent on the transmit power on the other device connecting to it, but for the range you do get, it's very stable. Features are plentiful and you get a lot of professional level options and tools such as secure shell login built in for the price. The menus can be a bit cryptic at times, but only on some parts, and nothing some experimentation wouldn't figure out, but I'm not going to knock the overall score because of something I didn't know. It's the customer's responsibility to learn, and there were no actual usability faults or bugs or anything like that. See all 3 customer reviews...
